phantom tingle...

the couple sat by the the deserted sky scraper, surrounded by the busy streets and laughing teenagers. the guy has draped his arms around the shoulders of the girl; they are hugging.
"do you feel safe now..?"
"yes.."

the girl looks up. she looks at the guy. the guy stares back, unblinking. Nothing breaks the moment, not even the roar of the passing train, or the giggles of the nearby poly students. the guy has never held something that tightly before in his whole life. yet, he has to be careful. she is of mortal flesh, to overextend his hold is to break. hence, he has to be guarded and yet at the same time, loving. Keeping the balance between love and guard, for he knows to love fully is dangerous, too dangerous. To behave as if everyone else was indifferent was foolish. See, society has forced the guy and the girl to behave, and to assimilate, and to bend to the wills of society, willes of society.

He breathes deeply. "thats nice, that smell"
She replies. "really? i dont think so leh...my pe smell nicer..."

he hoists her up onto his lap. bad choice, for she slips, and lands somewhere painful. nevermind. he shall endure.

she looks at him in the eye. Unblinking yet again. silence falls, and the moment is re-captured yet again. the sun sets slowly, taunting the couple, as a visual reminder of the time that was slipping away slowly...

"i love you"

he hugs her even closer. they are closer than ever before. he places his face next to hers. nuzzling, he replies.

'i love you too."

and im grateful for your trust. know that for as long as we are in this system, i will try my bestest to maintain your trust. once bitten, twice shy. why be shy when ive never bitten before?

why be scared, when the one baring his secrets arent even a tiny bit affected by what others say, let alone theoretical future cases? live for the moment. carpe dieum, kyn, carpe dieum.

and please, dont worry so much about the promos, at the most we shall proceed onwards together. Either way now, you are stuck to me for at least a year.
